1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CrackGerman, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and CrackGerman.
2. The Service
CrackGerman provides an English-to-German language learning platform including lessons, vocabulary tools, spaced-repetition flashcards, grammar guides, and community features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your Account
·You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
·You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account.
·You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free and Premium Plans
CrackGerman offers a free tier covering A1 and A2 content. Premium features (B1 and above) require a paid subscription billed via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase — email

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
·Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy content from CrackGerman at scale
·Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
·Use automated tools (bots) to farm XP or manipulate leaderboards
·Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
All content on CrackGerman — including lessons, word data, graphics, and code — is owned by CrackGerman or its licensors and protected by copyright law. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial language learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Vocabulary data incorporates open-licensed sources (CC0 / Creative Commons) where indicated.
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit content to CrackGerman (e.g., community mnemonics), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content within the service. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CrackGerman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific learning objectives. Language learning results vary by individual effort and prior knowledge.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackGerman's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CrackGerman is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
